At King's Makhana, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • An incorrect product

  • A defective or expired product

  • A product with tampered packaging

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • An unboxing video (if available)

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary payment details.

Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
